Wild Country Pro Guide Lite Belay Device - Guide Mode Plate (70g)

The Wild Country Pro Guide Lite Belay Device is a 70g guide mode belay plate for alpinists, adventure climbers and multi-pitch days. Stripped back to the essentials, it handles ropes from 7.7mm upwards and brings up one or two followers securely.

Deep ribbed grooves give confident control across a wide range of rope diameters, from skinny alpine cords to standard climbing ropes. In guide mode it locks securely if a follower falls, and a larger release slot designed to take a karabiner makes releasing under load simpler and more manageable. Choose the Pro Guide Lite when you're counting grams on mountain routes and long approaches but still want a device that belays, abseils and guides properly.
