By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Shipping Options & Fees (UK)
We offer the following UK delivery options:

- Free UK standard shipping is available on orders over £30
- Orders are fulfilled using third-party carriers (e.g. Royal Mail or other couriers)
2. Special Delivery (On Request Only)
Special Delivery is available on request only. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
- Orders placed before 11:00am (working days) are typically dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 11:00am are usually dispatched the next working day
- Sent using a next working day delivery service
Important:
- This is a prioritised service, not a guaranteed delivery date
- Delivery times are subject to the carrier’s performance
- Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, operational disruption)
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day
All delivery timeframes:
- Are estimates only
- Begin from the date of dispatch (not order date)
- Are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing
Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier network issues (e.g. Royal Mail delays)
- Weather or transport disruption
- Peak periods (e.g. holidays)
- Customs processing (international orders)
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
For consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Delivery Responsibility & Risk
- Responsibility for goods passes to you once the order is successfully delivered to the address provided
You are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate delivery address
- Ensuring the delivery location is secure
Safe Place / No Signature Requests
If you request:
- Delivery to a safe place
- Delivery without a signature
- Redirection after dispatch
This is done entirely at your own risk, and we are not liable for:
- Loss
- Theft
- Damage
- Delivery disputes
5. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a parcel is:
- Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
- Not collected from a depot or delivery point
- Refused at delivery
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct original shipping costs and return fees from any refund
- Charge additional shipping costs for redelivery
6. International Shipping
We offer international delivery. Please note:
- Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are not included in your order total
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility
- We cannot predict or control these fees
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges:
- The order may be returned to us
- Any refund may be reduced to cover:
- Outbound shipping
- Return shipping
- Any applicable fees
Shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates.
If additional charges apply due to size, weight, or destination, we will contact you before dispatch.
7. Delays, Loss & Claims
If your order is delayed, lost, or missing:
- We will assist in raising a claim with the carrier where appropriate
Please note:
- Orders are not considered lost until confirmed by the carrier
- Carrier investigations may take time and are outside our control
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued once loss is confirmed by the carrier
8. High-Value & Safety-Critical Items
For certain items (e.g. climbing equipment), we may:
- Upgrade shipping methods
- Require tracked, signed, or secure delivery
This is to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
9. Partial Shipments
Where necessary, we may dispatch orders in multiple shipments.
- You will not be charged additional shipping fees
- Delivery times may vary between items
