By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Contract: The agreement formed when we confirm your Order

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions are accurate. However:

  • Images are for illustration only
  • Colours and sizing may vary slightly
  • All products are subject to availability

We reserve the right to make changes to products where required by law or safety standards.


5. Safety-Critical Equipment

Some of our products are safety-critical, including (but not limited to):

  • Climbing ropes
  • Harnesses
  • Carabiners
  • Protection equipment

For safety reasons:

  • These items cannot be returned once opened, used, or handled beyond basic inspection, unless faulty
  • We cannot guarantee the integrity of such equipment once it has left our control
  • Reselling used safety equipment may pose serious risk

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.


6. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Orders are subject to acceptance
  • A contract is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason

You are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct.


7. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£)
  • VAT is included where applicable
  • Payment is taken at checkout

Pricing Errors

If an obvious pricing error occurs:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order
  • A full refund will be issued if payment was taken

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly.

  • Delivery will be within the agreed timeframe or within 30 days
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays)

If delivery fails due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address):

  • We may charge redelivery costs

International Orders

You may be required to pay:

  • Import VAT
  • Customs duties

These are the customer’s responsibility.


9. Risk and Ownership

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery
  • Ownership transfers once full payment is received

10. Returns (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging, tags, and seals must be intact

We may:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
  • Apply deductions for diminished value

Important – Safety-Critical Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • The item has been opened or used
  • Its safety or integrity cannot be guaranteed

11. Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed goods opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Safety-critical equipment where integrity cannot be assured after opening

12. Refunds

If your return is accepted:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the item (or proof of return)
  • Refunds are made using the original payment method

We may deduct value if:

  • Items show signs of use
  • Packaging is damaged

13. Return Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless faulty or incorrect)
  • We recommend tracked/insured returns

14. Inspection of Returns

All returned items are inspected.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse unsafe returns
  • Apply partial refunds
  • Reject items not suitable for resale

15. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

You are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If goods are:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described

We will offer:

  • Repair, replacement, or refund

16. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
