PURCHASE OPTIONS (SUBSCRIPTIONS) CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

By purchasing a subscription product from The Escapades Ltd, you agree to the terms set out in this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. This applies to all recurring orders placed via our subscription service.

Subscription Commitment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the interval selected at checkout (e.g. weekly, monthly).

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle
  • If a cancellation is made after a payment has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and dispatched

Returns & Refunds on Subscription Orders

Once a subscription order has been processed, it is treated as a standard order under our Returns Policy.

Please note:

  • Consumable products (e.g. climbing chalk) may only be returned if unopened and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable once opened

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

  • We will attempt to reprocess the payment automatically
  • If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled

Changes to Subscription

You may modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date, including:

  • Delivery frequency
  • Product selection (where applicable)
  • Shipping address

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing.
You will be notified in advance of any changes, and you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
