Wild Country Movement Belay Device - Assisted Braking (8.5-11mm)

The Wild Country Movement Belay Device is an intuitive assisted braking belay device for lead climbing and top roping. It adds an extra level of security when catching and lowering while still encouraging proper belay technique.

The Movement uses a geometrically-assisted locking design for secure lock-offs and controlled lowering, and its ergonomic shape helps keep your brake hand on the rope at all times. An extended thumb catch zone on the front gives comfortable control when lowering, a wide top opening makes loading the rope quick, and a narrower lower opening helps prevent incorrect use. All braking elements and rope contact parts are steel, so the high-wear areas last.
