Muscle Mountain® Ultra-Light Gym Rings - Minimalist 36mm Pair

Muscle Mountain® Ultra-Light Gym Rings are a minimalist pair of rope rings for training anywhere. Instead of bulky plastic or wooden hoops, each ring is formed from an integrated short loop of 5mm nylon rope, so the pair packs down to almost nothing.

The slim 36mm profile is designed to sharpen your grip while cutting weight and bulk. Thread the loops through standard adjustable gym ring straps (not included) and they hang and adjust like conventional suspension rings, ready for pull-ups, dips, push-ups, muscle-ups and core work. They also make handy pulley-style handles for resistance band or kettlebell sessions. Choose them when you travel, train outdoors, or want rings that live permanently in your climbing bag. The design is patent-pending.
