TORQ 8 Organic Energy Bar Sample Pack - Mixed Flavours (8 x 45g)

The TORQ 8 Organic Energy Bar Sample Pack gives you two 45g bars in each of the four TORQ Organic Energy Bar flavours. An easy way to work through the range and find your favourite before you commit to a box.

Each moist, chewy bar delivers 30g of multiple-transportable carbohydrates, equal to one TORQ Unit, from organic maize-derived maltodextrin, oats, raisins, rice crisps and fructose syrup, with organic fruit giving each flavour its character. They're very low in fat (around 0.7g per bar), Soil Association certified organic and suitable for vegans, with no added flavouring, colours or artificial sweeteners, and the fruit is fairly traded in every flavour except Zesty Orange. Choose bars for longer, lower-intensity sessions where chewing is easy; for high-intensity efforts where you're breathing hard, TORQ recommend their Energy Drink and Energy Gels instead.

• How to use: eat during training, competition or long days out. One bar is one TORQ Unit; TORQ's Fuelling System suggests two to three TORQ Units per hour during endurance exercise, using your preferred mix of bars, gels, jellies and Energy Drink
• Bars are concentrated fuel and don't hydrate you, so eat them with enough fluid, especially in warm conditions or when sweating heavily
