The formulation uses carbohydrate sources including organic maize-derived maltodextrin, organic oats, organic raisins, organic rice crisps and organic fructose syrup. The bars also contain organic fruit, which provides their individual flavour profiles.

Moist, Chewy and Easy to Eat

TORQ developed its Energy Bars with a soft, moist and chewy texture to make them more practical to eat during exercise.

The concentrated bars prioritise carbohydrate delivery rather than hydration, so they should be consumed alongside sufficient fluid, particularly during warm conditions or activities with high perspiration rates.

How to Use

Open and consume during training, competition or longer outdoor activities.

One bar provides one TORQ Unit. TORQ’s Fuelling System recommends consuming two to three TORQ Units per hour during endurance exercise, using a preferred combination of bars, gels, jellies and Energy Drink.

Consume alongside suitable fluids, as the bars are concentrated fuelling products and do not provide sufficient hydration on their own.
