How to Use

Open the packet and consume the jellies gradually during training or competition.

One full packet provides one TORQ Unit. TORQ recommends consuming two to three TORQ Units per hour during endurance exercise, using a combination of jellies, gels, bars and energy drinks according to your preferences and conditions.

TORQ Energy Jellies are concentrated fuelling products and are not designed to meet hydration needs. Consume them alongside suitable fluids, especially during warm conditions or activities with higher perspiration rates.
