The TORQ 12 Energy Gel Sample Pack is one of every TORQ Energy Gel flavour: eight standard gels and four naturally caffeinated ones. Try the whole range before you commit to a box, and find the flavours you'll actually want at hour three.

Each silky-smooth 45g gel delivers 30g of multiple-transportable carbohydrates, one TORQ Unit, from TORQ's 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose blend. The two carbohydrate sources use different absorption pathways, so carbohydrate reaches working muscles efficiently, and every gel carries the five electrolytes you lose in sweat: sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium and calcium. The four caffeinated flavours add 89mg of caffeine from guarana for a mental boost when it's getting hard. Choose gels for higher-intensity efforts where chewing a bar or jelly is awkward; they slot into the TORQ Fuelling System alongside Energy Drink, Energy Bars and Energy Jellies.

Figures are per 100g / per 45g gel. Every gel in the pack contains 0g fat, 0g saturates, 0g fibre and 0g protein, with 0.30g / 0.14g salt, 109mg / 49mg sodium, 220mg / 99mg chloride, 54mg / 24mg potassium, 14mg / 6mg calcium and 2.4mg / 1mg magnesium. All are wheat-free, dairy-free and suitable for vegans, with natural flavouring, no colours and no artificial sweeteners, and none contain allergens. The four caffeinated gels also contain 198mg / 89mg caffeine.
