The two carbohydrate sources use different absorption pathways, helping deliver carbohydrate efficiently to working muscles during exercise. Each gel supplies 30g of carbohydrate and counts as one TORQ Unit within the TORQ Fuelling System.

How to Use

Tear open the tube and consume the gel during training or competition.

One gel provides one TORQ Unit, equal to 30g of carbohydrate. TORQ recommends consuming two to three TORQ Units per hour for optimal endurance performance, using a combination of gels, drinks, bars or jellies according to your preferences and exercise intensity.

Consume with water or an appropriate hydration drink, particularly during warm conditions or activities with high perspiration rates.
