The TORQ 10 Energy & Hydration Drink Sample Pack is one sachet of every TORQ Energy Drink and TORQ Hydration Drink flavour: six Energy, four Hydration. Mix any sachet into 500ml of water for a light, refreshing sports drink, and find the right one for your training.

TORQ Energy Drink is isotonic and does two jobs at once: each 500ml serving gives you 30g of multiple-transportable carbohydrates (one TORQ Unit) from a 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose blend, plus fluid and five electrolytes, so it suits endurance training, racing and longer activities. TORQ Hydration Drink is hypotonic, with a smaller amount of carbohydrate and the same five electrolytes, and puts rapid fluid and electrolyte replacement first for shorter, high-intensity sessions, hot conditions and indoor training where sweat rates are high. Choose Energy when you need carbohydrate fuel alongside hydration; choose Hydration when replacing what you've sweated out matters more than a full unit of fuel. Either can be combined with TORQ gels, bars and jellies on longer sessions.
