The Tension The Pod is a 107g portable warm-up hangboard that lives in your crag bag. A contoured top jug plus 20mm, 12mm and 8mm edges give you a structured finger warm-up wherever there's something to hang it from.

Start on the jug to switch on your shoulders, back and bigger pulling muscles, move to the 20mm edge (Tension's proven profile with their signature rounded edge), then the 12mm to progressively wake up fingers and skin, and finish on the 8mm full-crimp edge before you touch anything small on your project. Choose The Pod over a full-size portable board when you're sport climbing or bouldering outdoors and don't want the extra weight or bulk.

It's made from domestically sourced soft maple, so it has the smooth, skin-friendly feel Tension's training products are known for, and at roughly 14 x 7.9 x 2.5cm it takes up almost no room in your pack.
