The Tendon Speleo 9.0mm Static Rope is a lightweight Type B rope developed specifically for caving. It is for experienced cavers working in weight-sensitive underground systems who need low stretch and high abrasion resistance from a compact rope.

At just 48 g/m the Speleo keeps carried weight down on long trips, while its durable polyamide construction and 19 kN static strength give dependable performance on rope. The low-stretch design supports controlled movement and efficient ascending and descending in vertical systems. Choose it when weight is critical and you have the equipment, training and experience to use a Type B rope safely; Type B ropes have lower minimum strength requirements than Type A ropes, so they need appropriate care in use. White, cut to your chosen length from 30m to 200m.
