The Tendon Gear Bag 45L is a climbing backpack that opens like a holdall and carries like a rucksack. It is for climbers who want their rack, rope and guidebook organised on the approach and easy to reach at the crag.

A zip runs almost the whole way round the edge, so the main compartment opens wide for easy access to the internal pockets and hanging gear loops inside. A handy top pocket takes a guidebook or small items, and the back system includes a removable mat you can sit on at the base of the route. Anatomically shaped shoulder straps, an adjustable sternum strap, hip belt and padded back keep it comfortable on long walk-ins, and if the main chamber is full you can strap your rope to the top with the tightening straps. A coated rope tarp is included, and the robust 1000D polyester top material has a PU coating and water-resistant treatment.
