Rock Empire Long Arm Click - Extended Reach Bolt Clipping Aid

The Rock Empire Long Arm Click is a bolt clipping aid: a reinforced extended sling with a wire-gate carabiner that stays open until it touches the bolt. When the next bolt is just out of reach, or the clipping position is awkward and exposed, it lets you clip from lower down and commit to the move already protected.

The hold-open gate closes automatically as it clips, so it works one-handed, and an anti-slip protective cap gives you something to grip while keeping the carabiner stable as you reach. The wire gate won't freeze in alpine conditions and keeps the weight down, so it's a minimal addition to the rack. Choose it for projecting sport routes with high bolts or long reaches between clips, and for alpine routes where an exposed clip is the crux. Available in 30 cm and 38 cm lengths.
