The Robens Fairbanks Grande Tipi Tent is a single-wall polycotton tipi that sleeps up to seven and pitches on one alloy pole. Breathable, roomy and quick to get up: the basecamp you'll want to linger in.

Breathable HydroTex polycotton stays comfortable in cool and changeable weather. Protective eaves extend at the front to create a large porch, accessed through a single door with an arch-shaped two-way zip. The single alloy pole has a high strength-to-weight ratio and sits slightly tilted and offset from centre, which eases access and opens up more usable space inside with standing height at the apex. A cowl-protected top mesh vent, ground vent, side wall vents and a separate full mesh door keep air moving, and the side panels roll up so you can tailor how open the tent is. Reflective guylines help you find them in the dark. Weight is 13.5kg.

Choose the Fairbanks Grande for basecamp trips and longer stays where breathable space matters more than pack weight.
