Metolius Super 7 Hold Set - 7 Bolt-On Climbing Holds (Boxed)

The Metolius Super 7 Hold Set is a boxed set of seven bolt-on climbing holds with ergonomic shaping and a skin-friendly texture. It's a good starter or top-up pack for a home wall or training board that you'll use several times a week.

The holds are shaped for natural hand positions, and some include finger dents and varied grip styles, so seven pieces give you more route options than the number suggests. The fine surface texture reduces skin wear, which matters if you train frequently indoors. Bolt-on fixing gives a secure, reliable attachment for permanent setups and training boards. Each box is one colour: choose Basalt (Black), Incut Edges (Yellow) or Naturals (Orange).
