Metolius Gatekeeper Locking Belay Carabiner - Anti Cross-Load (22kN)

The Metolius Gatekeeper Locking Belay Carabiner is a 22kN screwgate that keeps itself properly aligned on your belay loop to help prevent cross-loading. It's an easy-to-use belay and rappel carabiner for climbers who want one less thing to check before saying "climbing".

The frame is hot forged with a widened spine, which stops assisted-braking belay devices from migrating around the carabiner and helps keep it aligned rather than cross-loaded. At 70 g and 118 × 64.8 mm it's a full-size belay locker without excess weight. CE/UIAA certified, in lime green.
