The Metolius El Cap Haul Bag is the biggest bag in the Metolius haul bag range, made for full-on wall missions. Durathane™ fabric around ten times more abrasion-resistant than the vinyl-coated nylon on most haul bags, plus an RF-welded main seam that's stronger than the fabric itself, mean it will take a proper beating.

Structural stitching is reinforced with 3" webbing and re-stitched, the river-bag-style closure uses custom aluminium buckles, and dual top compression straps with offset haul points keep the load tidy. Inside are three gear loops and a drain hole, with a zippered lid pocket for the things you need at the belay. The padded, ergonomically cut suspension tucks away when it's time to haul. Choose the El Cap when capacity and abrasion resistance matter more than weight.
