Metolius Big Wall Gear Sling - Double-Sided Rack Sling with Pocket

The Metolius Big Wall Gear Sling is a padded, double-sided gear sling with a built-in 2.4L storage pocket for trad, multi-pitch and big wall climbing. If you carry a large rack over long days, it keeps everything organised, balanced and within reach.

Racking on both sides lets you split the weight evenly rather than having one shoulder do all the work, and the poly-tubing over the clip zones keeps carabiners clipping cleanly while protecting the sling. The fleece-lined, padded compartment swallows essentials or hydration so you can leave the pack on the ground, while external daisy chains and daisy-style speed loops add more clip-in space when the rack outgrows the sling. Clip-in points at the top of the shoulder help you organise gear at the belay, and the adjustable aluminium buckles and sternum strap let you dial in the fit.

One important point: like all gear slings, this is non-structural. It is designed for racking gear only, not as a harness or any part of your safety system.
