The Lattice Pull Up Bands are a set of four colour-coded latex resistance bands, from 5kg to 30kg, for assisted pull-ups, lock-offs and shoulder mobility work. They take weight off while you build towards unassisted reps, or add load to shoulder and mobility exercises once you are strong.

Loop one band for a small assist or stack several to fine-tune the intensity, then work down through the set as pull-ups get easier. Lattice's coaches use this style of set across more than 50 pull-up training variations, and the bands double up for shoulder prehab and general upper-body mobility.

The four bands pack into the included branded carry case, so they travel to the gym or the crag as easily as they hang at home. Made from 100% natural latex.
