Fizan Speed Walking Poles - Lightweight Nordic Walking Poles (195g)

The Fizan Speed is a lightweight two-piece telescopic Nordic walking pole made from 7075 aluminium. It is designed for fast-moving Nordic-style walking with a balanced swing weight and a removable hand strap.

At 195g per pole, the Speed reduces fatigue in the arms and shoulders and won't weigh you down when stowed. Fizan's Nordic Walking Grip is light and ergonomic, with breathable, comfortable materials and a patented in-out button on top that lets you clip in and out of the strap quickly. A reflective insert adds visibility in the dark. The FLEXY twist lock holds the pole securely at your chosen length, and it stows down to 75cm for travel.
