Fizan Compact 3 Trekking Pole - Ultralight Aluminium Pole (Single)

The Fizan Compact 3 Trekking Pole is widely regarded as the world's lightest three-section aluminium trekking pole, at just 158g. Designed and made in Italy by a company that has specialised in poles since 1947, it's a favourite with long-distance hikers, mountain walkers, fastpackers and ultralight backpackers. It's sold individually, so order two for a pair.

High-strength 7001 aluminium alloy gives it the toughness for demanding trails without the fragility often associated with ultralight kit, and it takes real strain off knees and joints on steep ascents and rough mountain terrain. The three sections collapse to 59cm for transport and extend to 132cm, adjusted with Fizan's patented Flexy internal locking system, which is light, secure and does away with the bulk of external lever locks. An ergonomic EVA foam grip is comfortable all day, and the adjustable polyester strap fine-tunes to fit whether you're wearing thin gloves or bulky winter mitts. A durable carbide tip grips rock, mud and trail, and the included baskets and rubber tip protector cover a wide range of conditions. Choose the Compact 3 when every gram counts but you still want a pole you can lean on.
