The Fizan Compact 3 Tech is a three-section 7001 aluminium trekking pole weighing just 158g. Fizan bill it as the world's lightest alloy three-section trekking pole, giving strength and durability without the weight.

The three sections collapse to 58cm and extend to 132cm, so it adjusts easily for different heights and terrain and sits neatly on a rucksack when not in use. Fizan's patented Flexy locking system is quick to adjust and lighter than bulky external clamps. The ergonomic EVA grip has a soft neoprene strap that can be fine-tuned on the move for gloves or winter mitts. A 50mm basket stops the pole sinking into soft ground, and the carbide tip can be covered with a rubber bung for tarmac or transport.
