The Muscle Mountain International FingerFlex™ is a spring-powered portable hangboard that trains finger strength with no wall, no weights and no set-up. Stackable stainless springs provide the resistance, so you can load your fingers anywhere you can pick it up.

Spring resistance builds as you compress, so you load the fingers isotonically up to your target force and then hold isometrically at the point you choose – or brace it against your other hand or a solid object for a fully isometric hold. It's a neat way to mimic the load-then-hold feel of hangboarding on the sofa, at work or on a trip. Swap and stack the 15 included springs to move from very light warm-up loads to serious strength work, rotate and flip the board for four edge depths, and use the MegaGrip spacers to fine-tune in 1mm steps. Height adjustment lets small and large hands sit into a natural crimp position. Choose FingerFlex™ when a mounted hangboard isn't an option or you want measurable, progressive loading for a return to training.

Why you'll love it

  • Real, adjustable resistance – from around 2.5kg (5.5 lb) up to 75kg (165 lb+) total force when fully loaded
  • Four base edges – 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm, then 1mm micro-adjustment with MegaGrip spacers
  • Fits your hands – adjustable height for a comfortable, natural crimp position
  • No mounting – progressive overload without plates, pulleys or a wall
  • Built tough – stainless springs and a reinforced housing

Good to know

  • Included: FingerFlex™ board and spring housing, 15 stainless springs (5 light, 5 medium, 5 heavy) and MegaGrip micro spacers for 1mm edge adjustment
  • Uses: warm-ups before climbing or calisthenics, foundational finger strength, controlled strength blocks and max-hold work, travel training and progressive return-to-training
  • Training note: finger training is intense by nature. Build gradually, warm up properly and keep progression conservative, especially on small edges or high resistance

Who it's for

Climbers and calisthenics athletes from beginner to advanced who want portable, progressive finger training, and anyone rebuilding finger capacity who needs loads they can measure.
