Dura-Lite Aluminium is a thin, hard material that keeps weight down while retaining high thermal conductivity. The titanium plasma coating gives excellent durability and non-stick performance. A honeycomb pattern on the underside increases the surface area that can be heated, so you can cook well even on low heat.
