Boreal Ninja Jr Vent Kids’ Climbing Shoes – Adjustable Dual-Size Fit
The Boreal Ninja Jr Vent is a comfortable, breathable climbing shoe designed specifically for growing young climbers. Each pair spans two consecutive EU sizes, allowing the fit to be adjusted as your child’s feet grow. This helps the shoes last longer without sacrificing the secure fit needed for confident climbing.
Based on Boreal’s popular adult climbing shoes, the Ninja Jr Vent combines reliable performance with a child-friendly design. The soft knitted synthetic upper provides excellent breathability, helping young feet stay cooler during busy climbing sessions, while the padded CHS heel adds comfort and support.
Underfoot, Boreal’s Zenith Quattro rubber sole provides dependable grip on indoor climbing walls and natural rock. Its comfortable, versatile fit makes the Ninja Jr Vent an excellent choice for climbing lessons, regular indoor sessions and young climbers beginning to explore outdoor routes.

Sizing advice
Choose the paired size that includes your child’s usual EU shoe size. For example, a child currently wearing an EU 31 would normally select EU 31–32. The adjustable heel allows the shoe to accommodate growth into the second size while continuing to provide a supportive fit.
For recreational young climbers, we recommend a comfortable, close fit rather than aggressively downsizing. Children should be able to wear the shoes without pain, curled toes or pressure points.
