Blue Ice Hummingbird Ice Axe - Ultralight Titanium Piolet (212g)

The Blue Ice Hummingbird Ice Axe is an ultralight piolet for ski mountaineering, steep skiing and fast alpine objectives. At just 212g in the 45cm length, it's for climbers and skiers who count every gram and still want a tool they can trust.

The weight saving comes from a titanium head with an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, paired with a curved, anodised aircraft-grade aluminium shaft. A dual-textured grip keeps control in varied conditions. The 50cm version complies with ISMF regulations, so it's legal for ski mountaineering racing. Choose the Hummingbird when speed and weight are the priority; it still meets CE EN 13089 as a Type 1 / B axe.
