The Blue Ice Alpine Runner is an extendable single-strand sling built for speed. Instead of the closed loop of a traditional sling it has two end loops, so it is faster to extend, rack and re-stack when you are building anchors or running out a pitch of mixed ground.

The single strand is noticeably easier to carry and handle than a doubled sling of the same length, clipped as an extendable quickdraw or tied off at a belay, and the webbing is abrasion- and UV-resistant for a long working life. Four lengths cover everything from a quick extension to a full anchor cordelette. Carabiners are sold separately.
